The "Soccer Year" is from August 1 of one year to July 31 of the following calendar year. |

All hours volunteered in the soccer year are applied to either the fall or the spring season of that year. |
|
April Exception:
Volunteers who work at Fall registration in April may apply their hours forward to the coming soccer year. |
|
Requests for volunteer refunds must be made no later than July 31st for the just-ended soccer year. For example, if you have worked 8 hours or 16 hours during the Fall 2008/Spring 2009 soccer year, you must place your request for your volunteer refund(s) no later than July 31, 2009. We will send reminders! |

A volunteer refund may be requested as soon as the first eight hours of volunteer work is completed. |

Unfortunately we can no longer carry over any extra volunteer hours to the next soccer year. We'll try to steer you to the number of hours you want. We appreciate any generous extra donations of your time to support our club!
