Dear Albany-Berkeley Soccer Club parents,
The ABSC board instituted a system which better defines the roles and jobs of our registered team adults, while adhering to the CYSA risk management program.
3 TEAM OFFICIALS
Starting Fall 2008, the $100 volunteer refund may be requested by a maximum of 3 registered team officials per recreational team:
* one head coach
* one assistant coach
* one team manager (only one per recreational team)

Alternatively, if a team has two head co-coaches, they and the team manager may request the volunteer refund, again totaling three registered officials per team.

ALL THREE TEAM OFFICIALS must fill out/SIGN/submit a risk management form to serve in these capacities AND to qualify for the $100 refund.

The head coach and team manager may ask the other parents on the team to help out with their duties for the smooth running of the team, but these helpful hours do not count toward the $100 volunteer refund.
