LATE REGISTRATION
for Fall 2008
Under-5 program
After the final walk-in registration session on April 30, anyone registering for the Fall Under-5 program must pay online at www.Sportability.com/ABSC, print out the form, follow the online directions, and mail in all necessary paperwork to:

There will also be a few paper packets for late registration in the cooler to the right of the front door at 1026 Santa Fe, if you can't pay online by credit card.
Here is what you need to send in:
(1) APPLICATION signed by player's parent or guardian.
(2) CHECK for $115 (after May 22) or $90 (before May 23) made out to ABSC (not needed if prepaid on Sportability).
(3) Copy of player's BIRTH CERTIFICATE or passport (not needed if player played for ABSC in Fall 07, Spring 08 or Summer 08).
(4) Indicate which class time you prefer (9 AM, 10:15, 11:30), and the name of any friend you want to be placed with (not needed if you answered these questions online).
The fall Under-5 classes should be announced in early June. We will continue to accept applications all summer until the classes are full. If the player is not placed in a class, all fees will be refunded on request. Click ‘Refunds’ on our website www.abscsoccer.com.
The Fall Under-5 program will be 8 one-hour classes on Saturday mornings, starting September 13th, at Ohlone Middle Field on Hearst Ave near California Ave, in Berkeley. For information about uniforms, click Uniforms at left.
