* A $100 refundable volunteer deposit is paid once per family per season. Refundable after 8 hours of official volunteer work for the club. Click Volunteers at left for lists of volunteer positions.
Adults who serve as a team official (coach, assistant coach, team manager) in all age groups register themselves for free. In a separate transaction, please pay the player fees for your child as listed above.
* About that volunteer deposit tacked on to your child's reg fees: If you are a team official returning in the same capacity to the same team as last season, your $100 volunteer fee may be waived for the upcoming season. Please contact the registrar to get a discount code to use when you sign up your child on Sportability. Thanks for your team support!
**Players from CYSA soccer clubs other than ABSC can get the Spring returning player discount at a walk-in registration session. You must submit your Fall player pass, if playing Under-9 or older.
Late Fees
Registering late? Under-5's pay a $25 late fee on top of the basic player fee. Under-6's and older players pay a $50 late fee on top of the basic player fee plus volunteer deposit. The late fee is refunded along with the other fees if the player is not placed on a team. Late fees do not apply to Division III players.
Uniforms
Uniforms are purchased separately from registration fees. Division IV uniforms, approx $40, are purchased individually by a player on one of ABSC's uniform sales dates. Division III uniforms, approx $60, are purchased by players through their team manager. ABSC uniforms are re-used by a player for multiple seasons. We do some recycling of used uniforms as available. Limited uniform scholarships are available. Click 'Uniforms' at left for details.
Scholarships are available through the registrars. No player is turned away for lack of funds.
3 need-based levels of scholarship:
* Pay basic player fee only, the $100 volunteer deposit is waived, sign up for volunteer job.
* Pay $60 per player, sign up for volunteer job.
* Full scholarship, sign up for volunteer job.
