(a) A refund of the $100 volunteer deposit may be requested for any withdrawal.
(b) If a player has not yet been assigned to a team at the time of withdrawal, a full refund of all player fees and volunteer deposit may be requested.
(c) If a player withdraws from ABSC BEFORE August 1 (Fall) or March 15 (Spring), a full refund of player fees minus $50 processing fee may be requested.
(d) If a player withdraws from ABSC ON or AFTER August 1 (Fall) or March 15 (Spring), no refund of player fees will be provided.
(e) Please note that refunds are generated only when a request for refund is submitted by player’s family. Instructions for requesting refunds are at left.
Refund of Volunteer Deposit
A minimum of 8 hours per season of volunteer work for the club entitles a volunteer to a refund of the $100 volunteer deposit paid at registration. Volunteers must request a refund when the work is completed, or no later than July 31 following your Fall or Spring season. For more info on available jobs and requirements, see the Volunteers page.
