Refund for Withdrawal of Player
effective January 1, 2008
Please inform our registrar(s) immediately when you know your child must withdraw from the program. Thank you!
Division 4 Recreational: Peg Healy
(a) A refund of the $100 volunteer deposit may be requested for any withdrawal.
(b) If a player is on the waitlist at the time of withdrawal, a full refund of all player fees and volunteer deposit may be requested.
(c) If a player withdraws from ABSC BEFORE August 1 (Fall) or March 15 (Spring), a full refund of player fees minus $50 processing fee may be requested.
(d) If a player withdraws from ABSC ON or AFTER August 1 (Fall) or March 15 (Spring), no refund of player fees will be provided.
(e) Please note that refunds are generated only when a request for refund is submitted by player’s family. Click here to submit request for refund.
Refund of Volunteer Deposit
A minimum of 8 hours per season of volunteer work for the club entitles a volunteer to a refund of the $100 volunteer deposit paid at registration. (ABSC collects one $100 volunteer deposit per family.) Volunteer jobs requiring more than 8 hours may be shared to make the workload more manageable! Two people from the same family may share one 8-hour job (put in 4 hours each)! Your volunteer work provides invaluable support to the club - hey, we simply couldn't function without it!
