Go to www.sportability.com/refunds, click on "Albany-Berkeley Soccer Club" and enter your request there using your credit card.

• You do not need to use the same credit card for the refund as you did for payment of registration fees.
  

• You may request a refund this way even if you did not pay your registration fees by credit card.
  

• Use approximate figures if you do not remember the exact date or amount paid, and we will verify them in our records.
  

• If it says 'We could not find the player you specified,' PLEASE CONTINUE ANYWAY. Your request will show up in our queue and we will verify the information.
  

• Please enter the volunteer job done and the contact person (if you are applying for a volunteer refund) OR the other reason for the request in the box labeled 'Reason.' When the refund is approved, the money will be credited to your credit card.

Please note: Families requesting refunds via sPortability will receive an automated message from sPortability promising a response within one week.  However, we process refunds once per month, so your response may come in 3 - 4 weeks.
