Does your child age 4-19 have a mental or physical disability? The TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) program is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by Alameda Contra Costa Youth Soccer Association (ACCYSL) volunteers.
