Practices
When do they start?
Coaches will begin practices depending on field availability and at their discretion 1-3 weeks before the first game of the season. Please check with your coach for exact dates.
How Often?
There are age guidelines for the frequency of practices:
Under-5: No practice
Under-6: Teams meet a half hour before games to practice
Under-7/Under-8: One weekday practice per week
Under-9 and Older: Two weekday practices per week
Where and When?
Your coach schedules the practice time and location with the club. Practice fields are in Albany and Berkeley. Typical time slots: either 4:00 to 5:30 pm or 5:30 to 7:00 pm.
No games are scheduled for Memorial Day weekend. Please check with your coach for practice and scrimmage schedules that week.
