Course Details:
2 CYSA Pre- F Coaching Licensing Courses - 4 hours
The CYSA Pre-F Coaching Licensing Course is an introductory course for new and beginning coaches, assistant coaches, managers and parents - 2 hours in the class and 2 hours on the field. The course instructs the first time or NEW coach - the Fundamentals of teaching soccer to our youth, introduction to the CYSA practice routine and the Serve - and techniques of Passing, Receiving and Trapping. All hours must be attended and the coach must participate on the field to get the Pre-F License. Pre-requisite - MINIMUM AGE for attendance IS 13

1 CYSA Goal Keeping Licensing Course - 9 hours Just announced
The CYSA Goal Keeping Licensing course - will Certify the Coach as a goalkeeping instructor. The coach will spend the first 6 hours learning the fundamental of goalkeeping and technique in class and on the field. During the final 3 hours the coach will be asked to bring his/her teams goalkeeper and will teach/train the goalkeeper in fundamentals.
COACHES MUST BE PREPARED TO HAVE ONE OF THEIR KEEPERS ATTEND THE LAST 3 HOURS OF THE COURSE The Goalkeeping Certification course is 9 hours and is a participatory course - all hours must be attended and the coach must participate on the field to get the Goalkeeping Certificate - Send your Assistant Coach - so your team has a dedicated licensed Goalie coach for your team.

2 CYSA F Coaching Licensing Courses - 9 Hours
The CYSA F Coaching Licensing Course instructs the coach on the methodology of coaching and teaching soccer to our youth. Introduces the First Attacker and the First Defender, introduces the 9 Step Practice routine and the "Serve". Re-enforces the Coaches and Players responsibilities and introduces the techniques of Passing, Receiving and Trapping. All hours must be attended and the coach must participate on the field to get the Pre-F License.
Pre-requisite - MINIMUM AGE for attendance IS 14 1st Course Date ? Friday, July 25th - 3 hours in class - Saturday, July 26th - 6 hours on the field 2nd Course Date - Friday, August 15th - 3 hours in class - Saturday, August 16th -6 hours on the field

1 CYSA E Coaching Licensing Courses - 18 Hours
The CYSA E Coaching Licensing Course introduces the 2 nd Attacker and the 2nd Defender - Introduces the Systems of Play and the Principals of Attacking and Defending. Soccer Tactics and the Laws of the Game are discussed and demonstrated. The Coach must have completed the F course and be able to demonstrate the "SERVE" and discuss the 9 Step Practice Routine.
Pre-requisite - F Coaching Course and 1 year experience after obtaining the F license. Copy of F license must be presented at registration
MINIMUM AGE for attendance IS 15
