(2) If you have difficulty contacting a player on your roster, email Recreational Teams Registrar Rebecca Lightstone or Competitive Teams Registrar Karen Steinmeyer for more contact info. If you have any no-shows any time up through the first week of the season, and think you may need another player, email your registrar. We can usually add players through the first week or two of the season.

(3) Team packets for all teams, containing adult passes, medical releases, player passes (for Under-9 and older teams), and other helpful materials, will be made available for pick-up a couple weeks before the first game - you'll be notified of date/location. For insurance reasons, an officially registered adult with a pass must be present at all games and practices, holding the medical releases.

(4) ABSC selects coaches, but coaches select their assistants and team managers from among the parents of their players. Every coach, assistant coach and team manager is required to submit a signed Risk Management form (aka the '1628' adult application) and photo to the registrar once per year. Adults sign up for free on Sportability each season, download the Risk Management form at the end of the on-line sign-up process, and turn in this paperwork once every year. Thank you!

(5) Please only allow registered players to attend practices and games! Players who are not properly registered and assigned are not covered by insurance, and you may be personally liable if anything happened to them.
